Feb 01,2022Order cancellation process is not clear and fast enough to cancel an order if one changes his or her mind after shopping. I wrote to customer service team the same day I made the purchase but at the end, after 3 days, they replied to me that they cannot stop the order and the products are already shipped. They made the order cancellation difficult without any automation on the website. Even though I wrote to the customer service team quick enough, the response and result are very disappointed so I will not shop on Petso again.

Jan 25,2022Received my cat products !!!! Was so happy they are so cute love the colours and the spill mats are 👍 great. My two cats ate dinner out of them last night and were two happy kitty cats 😁. Thank you so much . Will definitely be buying more . Delivery came when said, and packaged very well !!
