Aug 05,2024For me, the whole experience of moving my phone over to Phonely was the most positive experience I have ever had with a telephone service provider. From my first enquiry until the system was up and running customer services have been totally knowledgable and helpful. I would particularly pick out Katie for a mention. She made sure that my system was working perfectly from the start. The whole procedure including porting my land-line number from Sky went very smoothly. The built in security provided by Phonely gives me confidence that I am less likely to be bothered by scammers. I fully recommend Phonely to be your VOIP service provider.

Aug 03,2024Better than BT & SKY. We wanted to keep our phone number that we'd had since the 1970s. Both BT & SKY said that it couldn't be done. For PHONELY, it wasn't a problem. Really impressed with their customer service and prices and would definitely recommend. George and Laura were a pleasure to deal with.

Jul 25,2024When my EE broadband with landline contract came to an end the basic renewal package offered was broadband only. As their service had proved trouble-free for several years I opted to renew, but set the start date a couple of weeks ahead to see if I could sort out the landline number issue. Losing it was unthinkable! Fortunately after a bit of research Phonely came to my rescue. Making contact by phone or email was simple. Responding to questions rapid, concise and tremendously reassuring. First the kit arrived. Everything fitted together seamlessly. The whole process was completed exactly as scheduled. If you are faced with the prospect of losing your landline number don't hesitate to contact the people at Phonely. Their technology is commendably user friendly.

I can’t remember dealing with a more customer focused company. Katie the advisor who has been handling my installation is the most proactive person I have dealt with. She has been ahead of the curve consistently, a real credit to Phonely. If only more companies followed the example set by Phonely life would be so much easier.
