May 04,2023I inherited an iPhone SE 2020 from my brother, as my sister in law sadly passed away last September 2022. I currently have an iPhone 7, and the phone is no longer supported by Apple and the battery has now deteriorated as it was already only 82% when i bought it from another company- i went yesterday to Phone Swap for advice - help and the man there was very helpful/knowledgeable, in fact as professional looking as the phone swap website is- He advised me what to do- and unlocked the new phone for me- (the phone was locked to a mobile provider when my sister in law passed away. I left there feeling really upbeat. So, in Walthamstow market there are about 20 or so mobile shops, but I will only be visiting this one in future- thans very much Larry
