Aug 18,2023Well… having read several of the 1 star reviews now, I wish I had done so before putting my trust in Doctor Paul O’Connell and his wonder supplement - Activ8. Suffering with arthritis in my hands I decided to order, after watching a convincing video. During the ordering process I was presented with several pop-up windows offering progressively better discounts for multiple orders and a subscription. after making payment I realised I had ordered 9 months supply as my initial purchase! 1st bottle: Got to the end of month 1 with no noticeable improvement evident. Having taken 3 per day, as advised, I was surprised to find that on day 30 I only had 2 capsules left. 2nd bottle: Still no improvement in mobility. On day 30, again I had only 2 capsules left instead of 3. I’m pretty strict in taking my supplements and so the likelihood of me taking extras or losing 1 is very minimal. 3rd bottle: Still no improvement after a few days into month 3. Decided to contact Physical Nutrition and request a refund. I have returned 6 unopened bottles and am now on day 30 of bottle 3. Only 1 capsule left for today! (Still no improvement by the way…) I completed the return and refund on line document and returned the bottles on 28th July 2023. I added a note inside the box, detailing my name and order number Today is 18th August 2023. I’ve contacted the company twice this week to check the refund status. (Surely Royal Mail would have delivered the package by now??) I’ve sent proof of postage and am being told that the warehouse has yet to verify the receipt of the items, before a refund can be issued. Seriously??? I fear I am about to have a battle on my hands to get my money back. I shall await a response to this and will be interested to see if it contains the standard initial surprise and horror that the supplement hasn’t worked, along with, ‘we offer a very generous 90 day refund policy… etc’. A response which appears to be on every response to every 1 star review! Other than this, the customer service team are very pleasant to speak to on the phone.

Aug 16,2023I didn’t really see any difference at all after having almost finished my “essential organics”. The taste is actually fine and I didn’t also see negative body reaction. I won’t likely buy the product again but I don’t see why others shouldn’t try it.

Aug 15,2023The customer service level mainly, they stood by their literature and honoured my refund. Sadly the Active 8 didn’t work for me, after a whole month I noticed no improvement in my condition whatsoever. But we are all different and I think it could work well for other people, the sales info and videos are credible and convincing. I’ve taken various supplements before for joint pain. I met a couple about 4 years ago who were a little bit older than me, late 60s, whilst out walking. We got chatting about joint problems and they told me they took daily doses of turmeric. They absolutely swore by it. So I decided to try it for a couple of months. No change in my condition or pain level at all, it didn’t work for me, just gave me loose poo ! I’ve had a similair experience with glucosamine and chrondroitin, taken for the same reasons. I took the expensive pure stuff for about 3 months, again, no change in my pain levels or condition. However, I have a good friend who put me on to it who swears by its use and has taken it for years. I’ve recently had steroid injections in my ankles for osteo arthritis in the ankle joints and ruptured tendons. I got about a month of relief and over the last 2-3 months the pain is back to its high miserable level. All in all, nothing seems to work for me. I can take co-codamol like smarties which DO take the edge off the pain to be fair, but everyone warns me about the sleepy, drowsy effects it can have on you. Doesn’t do that to me, not a bit of it, I think I must be immune ! So, as far as Active 8 is concerned, I had nothing to lose with the comprehensive money back guarantee so I tried it, I took it for a month, no change at all, so, another failure, again ! I did notice it lightened the colour of my poo though ! It’s like my body doesn’t respond to treatments like these, God knows why. But if you have joint pain long term then try this Active 8, it may just work for you and give you the relief you need, you have nothing to lose. I returned 2 full containers unopened and the empty one that I had taken, for my refund, we’ll within the 90 day period and my refund was in the bank in less than 6 days, including the weekend. Prior to sending them back I telephoned the company for advice on the returns procedure. I spoke to a very nice, helpful and understanding chap called William who told me he would e mail me with a link and details on how to start the process and how and where to post the stuff to. As far as I’m concerned this company has stood by its word and it’s full money back guarantee and honoured my refund in double quick time with no hassle. So Thankyou and we’ll done.

Aug 13,2023Difficult to explain, but I genuinely feel both physically and mentally better than I did a month ago before I started taking Gut Rehab formula! The reason I am having difficulty in explaining is because in a relatively short time I feel so good! Definitely seen improvements in digestion, mood and skin is in really good condition (I do not use any skin products). Really looking forward to the next month (2nd month of taking Gut Rehab) to see what happens next!

After years of my gut being wrecked by NSAIDs, gastritis, endoscopy, I was left with awful acid reflux, stomach pain , little appetite, now I can genuinely say I genuinely am beginning to feel different. Sep 11,2023What a physical improvement in such a short space of time! My long term constipation has shown improvement, and without huge dietary changes I’ve already lost 5lbs and don’t feel hungry all the time. But most curious of all - within just two or three days of starting the capsules the muscular aches and stiffness I woke with each morning disappeared overnight. Never expected that, but it has been an extremely welcome change!
