Apr 13,2023There seemed to be a reduction in abdominal pain after a few days of taking the protect and perform capsules There also seemed to be a surge in energy for a short while. On the down side the protect + perform capsules caused me to struggle even more to urinate and because this caused me so much more discomfort it outweighed the good it was doing, I have now ceased taking them anymore.
