Great customer service for a great product. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I won't go into the details but I will say the last thing I thought I'd be doing is writing a testimonial for a product such as this. Works exceptionally well, tastes great, is easy to drink, and I have referred two members of my family to use it which they are now doing and finding similar results. I also appreciate the humor employed to share important information. The packaging is also informative, fun and functional. Sometimes social media advertising actually brings beneficial things your way.

Jul 20,2023Post-cancer chemo wrecks your digestive system--but this stuff works to regulate things and in my case, in about a week. I am seldom impressed so much by a product. And it's definitely superior to Metamucil and the like--no sugar, no dyes. A sensible, user-friendly website and first class service, too.

I had difficulty making and keeping appointments, both medical and social. I had been trying different combinations of probiotics, prebiotics, fiber, prescription drugs, and anything else that promised to make me regular or at least not fearful about making plans outside the home. After taking Pinch magic fiber for several weeks, I feel like I have my life back. I have now subscribed because I don’t want to be without it. I know it’s not magic, but it has transformed my life. Seriously.

The package got lost while enroute to me and after waiting for what I thought was an appropriate time I decided to contact the company. Their response was fast and the person responding was Jason a co-owner of the company. He had another shipment sent my way the very same day. This company really cares about it's customers and it's one that is an example of how a company should be ran. These guys are top notch. I'd give them 10 stars if it were possible.

Jun 23,2023I’ve tried all the combinations of over the counter concoctions and never was able to find the right balance for daily BMs. Since I’ve started taking Pinch, I’ve been daily regular. Something I’ve never had in my life that I can remember. As long as the ingredients are as pure as they say, I see no downside to this wonderful product.

Sep 27,2023The new tropical flavor is awesome. They packed a lot of great flavor in. I was not personally a big fan of the OG lemon ginger so the tropical flavor is definitely a welcome new addition. I actually look forward to and enjoy having a fiber supplement for a change. And the product works amazingly too. Big kudos to the Pinch team for this!
