Aug 18,2023While the design team didn't quite understand what we wanted based on my (admittedly horrible) description, they were able to later take a design we made and turn it into a beautiful pin. The team was responsive, informative and offered good advice on sizing. The entire process was very easy. Shipping times and costs were both reasonable. Each pin was individually wrapped and made well. The enamel colors look good, even in the tiniest places; no blotching or overruns that we have found so far. The pin itself is sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. Overall great job with just a minor design hiccup.
