Nov 07,2024Zero stars would be generous. Regardless of what anyone pays, every customer deserves respect—not to be treated poorly just because they chose a budget service, as you put it. This mover expected two women to lift a sofa by themselves and had to be asked repeatedly to help. In his rush, he damaged the wall, several items, and even pushed one of us while holding the sofa. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, making rude remarks, including a racist comment toward my mother. He didn’t deserve a penny. I would never recommend or use this service again.
