Sep 22,2021Merce ricevuta sbagliata e di valore inferiore. Nessuna risposta dalla mail di assistenza. La merce ordinata inizialmente non era disponibile ma presente sul sito. Dopo il reso, mi dicono che l'ordine corretto non può più arrivare per tempo. Al callcenter non rispondono quasi mai. Devo cercare e comprare in un altro negozio, spendere altri soldi e avviare la pratica per riavere indietro i soldi.

My daughter purchased a swim bag that she had saved for all summer on the 1st August. Still no sign of the product, we can only communicate via WhatsApp and you need to repeat your issue every time you chat. Today is the 19th September and still no sign of the goods or a refund, got some cock n bulk story of the post office holding onto it at their customs office. If I could rewind I’d buy it off Amazon, slightly more expensive but jeff bezos delivers.

Sep 18,2021J'ai acheté le 8 août des lunettes Oakley auprès de cette société. Rien à dire je les ai reçues, mais elles ne me convenaient pas et j'ai donc démarré un processus de retour. L'article a été renvoyé le 17/08 et reçu le 24/08 (ils me l'ont eu même confirmé par écrit). Depuis ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé de mes >200€ et c'est à moi de leur écrire chaque semaine pour lire le traditionnel "on s'en occupe". Bref j'ai du créer un litige paypal et démarrer une procédure via Amex pour que mon remboursement soit effectué.
