Oct 06,2020Deniz COULD NOT have been more helpful. I was buying two properties, one for me, one buy-to-let and the first was easy and the second was .....not. It took six months and a lot of heartache, all during lockdown, and I can say, without doubt, I could not have bought that property if I hadn't had Deniz as my advisor. The deal would absolutely have fallen apart without his advice, his endless phone calls to the estate agents and the vendors. He went above and beyond to a ridiculous degree. (Fortunately the other one was dead easy.) I have recommended him to every single one of my friends, and I recommend him to you too, dear stranger. You will be so glad.
