Jun 28,2023New to play more golf. Joined the Welcombe golf club just outside of Stratford Upon Avon. Well maintained and challenging course with club house and practice facilities. The play more golf app is simple to use and booking tees times if quick and efficient. Only real negative feedback is myself and another member who joined have heard nothing from the club itself.

Jun 21,2023As a result of my previous review on Trustpilot in which I accorded Play More Golf one star for what I regarded as very poor treatment of my legitimate concerns l received a phone call from it's customer service manager to discuss the matter further. Unfortunately I was unable to take the call but have subsequently attempted on several occasions to contact said customer service manager both by phone and email. Despite acknowledging my email and promising to call me back within 5 working days I have heard nothing from them.

May 31,2023It was easy to sign up to play more golf, payment taken straightaway, pay monthly a little confusing, so opted to pay in full. Then you get your points put on the app, and off you go, just go on the app see what times are available on what ever course you want to play, book the time slot, points are then deducted, then play your round of golf, Simple.
