AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought an igloo maxcool cool box. Broke within 10 mins. Contacted them 3 times without reply. Thankfully with a bit of research I've managed to fix it.

Extremely pleasant buying experience. The item arrived on time and unscathed and I was informed every step of the way. The customer service adviser I spoke to was very polite and friendly. Great to have online retailers like Pluck Point.

Another customer with a really disappointing experience. Pluckpoint charged me an arm and a leg in return shipping fees after their delivery service lied about attempting to deliver and sent my order back. Guess whose side pluckpoint took? Horrible email response time. I feel sorry for everyone that works there and every who orders from them. Avoid at all costs.

The product was well priced and came within the stated delivery period. The parcel tracking was a little confusing, stating that the parcel had been delayed, but I called pluck point, who confirmed it had been dispatched and that it was due for delivery the following day, which it did.

Bought a coffee machine from pluck point. It was about £200 cheaper from John Lewis. My order arrived with in three days and am very happy so far. Got a real bargain and will use them again. David.

Bought a doll house for my daughter. My order arrived on third day well packed. Price was the lowest. I am very pleased with the service i got. I will use them again.

I am writing this review in the hope it will help others from losing money. I placed an order for quite an expensive item over a month ago. - Pluckpoint do not respond to e-mails. All you will receive is an automated receipt of order - Pluckpoint do not answer the phone - Pluckpoint do not have proper business premises. Only a residential address in Caversham. I e-mailed after a couple of weeks to cancel my order after smelling a rat and finding the bad reports on the company. They haven't acknowledged my e-mail, have taken payment. It has been over a month since I placed my order. I have now asked my credit card company to issue a chargeback in the hope I can get my money back. Otherwise it will be time for legal action. So, please please do yourself a favour and avoid using this company.

I would never ever use them again. I ordered a bin which when it got delivered it was just left in front of my door, anyone could have stolen it. When I opened it I found the item to be badly damaged. They could not collect it even though they delivered it and I had to carry a 8kg bin to the collection point. No compensation or anything for my time wasted, or that I had to carry a heavy item or that it was damaged. Then a new item got delivered and again it was damaged, I sent pictures however they could not see the damage!!! Of course... What a JOKE of a company. I just left it because it was too frustrating having to deal with these people, I was promised a call from a manager I'm still waiting. STAY AWAY!l!!!

Like some others I thought i'd risk an order despite the numerous reviews online saying avoid at all costs... Ordered an alarm system for a new property, good price, obviously too good to be true. Didn't receive an email of confirmation of order to start with (checked spam etc), gave it a few days - still nothing. Found their online tracking system, which stated order cancelled! Unlike others, I managed to get in touch via their phone number - very rude, unhelpful and incredibly difficult to understand. Don't waste your time with this company- absolutely appalling service.

Well i ordered a back massager from pluck point and then read the reviews which got me worried about delivery times taken so long and bad customer service, well i would like to inform people that when i placed my order it said it would take 3 to 5 working days and it came in 3 which is fab so please dont let bad reviews prevent you from buying from this site as i would highly recommend it as it does what it says on the tin and its value for money xx

Ordered placed and accepted. 5 days later a curt unprofessional email saying no stock. TAKES 5 DAYS TO CHECK YOUR STOCK!!!!WHAT!!!!! This was for my nephews christmas present AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a cool box which arrrived without packaging, was filthy and covered in scratches. I therefore didn't want it so sent it back but they simply didn't get the fact they should sort out the postage for faulty goods. They are completely incompetent. I wish I had read the review before ordering. If I wanted soiled goods I would have bought something second hand on ebay. Avoid this company

I buy a couple of toys, 3 weeks later no show. Started to email. No answer. Called no answer. Called again, got somebody " yes, I will send them today". One week later now show. Called again "They are out of stock, but they will arrive this week". Two weeks later no show. Emailed, called no answer. Suddenly 2 months after the order I received an email out of the blue where they cancelled my order. No explanation. Emails are not even properly written, no even, a "Dear Sir/Madam...or.Regards", Just 1 line with "Your order has been cancelled". RUDE to say the least. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If they have the item in stock maybe you will just receive it without issues but if there was to be a problem you will realise who you are really dealing with!!

I highly recommend avoiding this company. The customer service is appalling, contacting them is a nightmare and getting the item you have paid for is like getting blood out of a stone. I ordered a kidkraft kitchen in November and payment was taken on the 1st of December. However despite the delivery estimate being around 14 days the item still wasn't here 3 weeks later so I phoned the helpline and was told the courier had lost it and another would be dispatched and reach me within a few days. Again nothing arrived and when I tried phoning all I got was voice mail, I have left loads of messages none of which have been answered so I started emailing instead. I had to email them multiple times to get a single reply, but eventually I was assured that the item would reach me by christmas as it was a present. The day before Christmas Eve I receive another email telling me the item has again been lost in transit and won't reach me buy christmas. The kitchen cost over £130 and if I don't get it or a refund in the next 21 days I'm contacting trading standards. I wish I'd never ordered from them, I'm not sure I will ever get the item or a refund so beware.

I ordered a little wooden piano in good time for my daughter's birthday. The money was taken out of my account promptly but after several weeks of waiting I rang up. Only then was I told that there would be a delay in the order, leaving me with the job of buying another, last minute birthday present. After numerous phone calls on my part and terrible customer service on theirs the piano has finally arrived today one month after my daughter's birthday. The estimated delivery time was 10-21 working days when in fact it has taken 2 months! None of this would have seemed so bad if I had been kept informed by Pluckpoint or at any point offered an apology. Any information I had was through chasing them. After this experience I will never order from them again and urge others not to if they want to avoid terrible service.

Ordered a product on Friday and had the confirmation email straight away. Nothing then happened as the store is closed all weekend. On Monday I called them to check I would get the product as it was now showing as out of stock on their site. When I eventually got through (recorded announcement stating to call back later) they said they would look into and call me back. To be fair I did receive a call but it was to tell me that they could not fulfil my order as they did not have the item. In the mean time I had missed other good deals on this from other sellers. All in all I would not use the site again.
