The Polar Ice staff are excellent. They're competent, helpful and provide an excellent product and service. I have purchased dry ice for theatrical purposes previously but needed it this time for cold cap treatment during chemotherapy. The staff were compassionate and understanding and Polar Ice were kind enough to give a significant discount for dry ice used for this purpose. We really appreciate that. Also, the product is excellent; very well packaged and always shipped on time.

Fast efficient delivery The Dry Ice was well packaged to reduce losses as much as possible and was of great quality. Jackie in sales was very helpful in getting my first delivery (hopefully of many) organised for collection at the Depot

Excellent customer service from this company. I received my delivery today as ordered, in time for my holidays tomorrow. I use dry ice to transport medication and this is the second time I purchased from this company. Thank you to Alison and Denise who were wonderful to deal with.

Very fast. It took me less than 30 minutes for me to have the order. I bought the product online. I went to collect it instantly from the depot in Airways Industrial Estate. The parcel arrived frozen and in perfect condition. The dry ice quantity was perfect. The customer service were great. I really recommend it to everyone.
