Ordered my very first heels the other day. All is pretty straight forward. It took a few days to arrive but waiting times expectations were set clear at the moment of purchase so absolutely fine. Also happy to support a local business.
Ordered thigh high pleaser boots. Arrived after a week, was kept informed of delivery date and delivered exactly when they said. Good experience for me and I would use them again
Absolutely disgusting! I ordered three pairs of shoes, unfortunately when they finally arrived (!) one pair were damaged and the other two were too small. I have tried contacting them daily with about returning them. I decided to book a courier and have been trying to contact the shop to inform them when it’s arriving but their voicemail box is full so can’t leave a message and the last time I called it just said call failed!! I’m not surprised their voicemail is full with the reviews I have read. Appalling customer service, well no customer service actually. Get ideas from them and shop somewhere else!
Having read the ghastly reviews on here, I consider myself quite lucky as I did finally receive my merchandise, it took forever but we will come back to that. These clowns, Charlies, many a name I cannot mention take the biscuit as far as the customer is concerned treating them with complete unprofessionalism and contempt! Their website has many a rave review, I’d love to know who left positive feedback, perhaps they had the wrong website or were paid? I placed an order back in January of this year but unfortunately, in as much as Lisa loved the shoes, she struggled with the size 5’s. I thought it would be a nice gesture to surprise here with the size 6’s but I had clearly lost the plot and ordered size 3’s, no idea what I was thinking, I’m a man after all :o) Anyway, I ordered the sizes 3’s free delivery and they arrived (in time) by a Royal Mail 48, quite impressive I thought for free delivery. Returning the wrong size! WOW, what a challenge, just what a customer wants when they are due a refund of their hard-earned cash. I received the order (#19372) on the 06/07/2022 and knowing full well I had ordered the wrong size, they were sent back the same day! I sent these back by Royal Mail 1st Signed for (WD397244465GB) and Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 07/07/2022! At the time of writing this review (12/07/202) the return was still showing as awaiting collection by the business. What a total embarrassment and utter shambolic way to run a business! I have practically chased them day in day out to get these shoes collected and have my refund processed. I’ve had replies, ranging from “I’ll get one of my staff to go and collect them” to (this is an absolute beauty, quote “..It is a local Bank Holiday weekend here in Aberdeen, aka start of the trades fortnight..” WHAT? What the hell is a local Bank Holiday, I didn’t know these existed in the United Kingdom. They may as well have told me the cat was sent out to collect them from Royal Mail, come to think of it, the cat would have probably done a better job! Regardless of all their constant replies and lies, I’m still chasing this and literally cannot seem to get through to them! I had also ordered the size 6’s in the end and spent £3.95 on postage, to my absolute amazement, they dispatched these via 2nd Class mail when I had physically PAID for the postage. They were dispatched on the 06/07/2022 and finally arrived on the 11/07/2022! I’m not a business by why would an item be sent by 2nd class with paid for postage and a free delivery was sent by a more rapid RM48? That makes no sense to me at all and just goes to show the type of business you are dealing with. Unprofessional, shoddy, tardy, hard work, shambolic, I could go on! I most certainly will NOT be placing future orders as these comedians could not run a tap in bathroom! My message to the business owner (if they even read this) is simple, have a word with yourself! You clearly have no respect for customers, crooks! Trustpilot (77% reviews rated “Bad”). Let’s just leave the chump of a customer to fight for a simple refund which is like asking to solve world famine. Pathetic!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and because it was taking ages for them to post them I cancelled 1 pair. They then sent 1 pair ONLY but I am still getting charged for 2 pairs. I have emailed them 3 times about this and had no reply. The pair I did receive I returned via myHermes/ Evri however they must have the only shop in the UK still shut due to COVID and they will only accept returns from Royal Mail/ UPS. They are VERY SLOW in sending out orders. Ordered a 3 pair of shoes which I eventually received and which I am happy with. Will NEVER use this company again.
SCAM - DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE Purchased a pair of shoes for €95. This company liaised with me via email until I made the purchase and they had my money. Then nothing. Shoes never arrived and they ignored all my calls and emails. Horrible business blatantly stealing from people. Fraud! Never received my posing shoes. The email to the sales team bounced back. I lost £70. They charge via pay pal, no way I can get my money back. I want to lodge a formal complaint about these fraudsters.
After reading all the bad reviews I wasn’t holding out much hope of a.receiving my order or b.if I did receive my order would the heels be in tact. I can say I’m thoroughly pleased with my order. They arrived within a week of placing the order, I was updated at each point of the order and they were packaged very well. The heels are in perfect condition and I cannot wait to wear them. I ordered a size bigger than my usual and they fit just fine. Would highly recommend for pleasers.
The boots were lovely BUT the buckle broke the first time they were worn to go out in. Had numerous e mails with company, sent pictures as requested then they just ignored me completely. Do not deal with this company.
Shocking shoes these are not pleaser shoes of any sort they are snide not cut stitch or made correctly in any way I'm lucky I used PayPal you can't get contact otherwise do not use this company

Never received my shoes, Royal Mail tracking number is bogus, £90 down and being ignored No replies to any emails or messages AVOIDDDDD
Bought the shoes and they arrive covered in pen marks. I emailed them and did the chat on the website, I waited 10 days with no reply to message on Facebook which I did get a reply the same day however it took them 2 months after that to even get back to me in which the shoes had to be worn for an event. I waited a total of 2 1/2 months to get a solid reply. Order from a credit card for extra safety as you never know what you’re going to get or if you’ll get a reply.
No items received no response from the seller no nothing! Avoid like the place it’s a scam website! Take your money and send you nothing.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this store on their website, I ordered the 27th june (sunday) before I ordered I wrote and asked how long the delivery would take to my country, I was told it depends on the delivery option chosen, and the lady said that she could see that I had chosen the fastest one which is 3-5 days, then I ordered the shoes and then I asked when I could expect to get the shoes, I was told to give the order number and that she would check for me, then she said that they were due to be with me thursday which is today. Yesterday (wednesday) I wrote to them and asked when the shoes would be shipped and how I could get the shoes thursday when they havent even been shipped yet (according to tracking) that was yesterday (wednesday) I was then told yesterday that they didnt have the shoes in their UK warehouse and that they have ordered the shoes from pleaser in the US, and I was never informed about this when I wrote to them about delivery time. I was told that the shoes would arrive thursday (today) and it also said 3-5 days on their website. On the website it said that the delivery could be longer if the shoes werent in stock in their UK warehouse and in those cases they would have to order the shoes from pleaser in the US first and then send them after they recieved the shoes from the US. But when i wrote to this store before I ordered and also the day i ordered I was told that i could expect to get them by thursday. Today is thursday and I dont have the shoes. Yesterday when they replied that they didnt have the shoes in stock in the UK and that they had ordered the shoes from the US and that they would send them as soon as they got them, I asked them why I havent been informed about this when I asked how long the delivery would be. Obviously i couldnt get the shoes today (thursday) if they had to order them first from the US and then send them to me from the UK afterwards, I should have been informed about this when I asked, but I wasnt, I got lied to. Today at 10 o clock in the morning I got a message from them saying that the shoes are delayed from the US and that they will get the shoes from the US tommorow (friday). And then today a couple of hours later at 2 o clock I get a email and text saying that my shipment has been cancelled and that the money for the shoes have been refunded. Eventhough I have never said that I want my shipment cancelled and I never said I want my money refunded, so they make this decision without my permission. The money for the shoes arent on my account yet, and in the email it didnt say when they would be back on my account. I have never in my life experienced this before and I have ordered a 1000 times from other websites. Which means that in total I will wait 3 weeks to get some shoes, where I could have waited only 1 week and gotten the shoes today or tommorow if I had ordered from another website. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced anything like this before. I was told from whoever responses from them that she would ask a colleague why the shipment has been cancelled and why the money has been refunded. And then I got this answer: that they arent sure what the problem is and that there must be some issue with the UPS (the delivery company) and customs and because the UK isnt a part of eu anymore that that must be the reason why the shipment has been cancelled. But I got the shipment cancellation email from misshollywood directly and not from UPS. It gets worse and they keep lying. I know for a fact that there is no issue with UPS or customs and their is no issue because the Uk isnt a part of eu anymore, I just got a delivery from the UK two weeks ago with UPS, with no issues and also a month a ago also from the UK with UPS also. And now they message me and say that the money will be back on my account in 3-5 days and that they dont know what the issue is, and that I can try to order from them again, and choose royal mail (delivery company) this time.

Tragic experience with Miss Hollywood. Bought a pair of knee high pink boots around August/September time of last year (2020). They broke at the heel within an hour of wearing them. I made a complaint with the company immediately, which took forever to get a response. Back and forth with very little help from the company about a refund. Followed all their directions and still haven’t received a refund or any acknowledgment almost 8 months on. Pathetic service and absolutely would rather lose my money than get credit for the store! Never ever again. Would really urge you to avoid and save yourself the stress.
Routinely a good service and a good price. Even when we had shoes that were misrouted to Korea (from the US I think) Miss Hollywood managed to ensure that the two pairs of shoes got here undamaged (albeit it took a little longer than expected) and at the best price in the U.K. Covid and home working means communicating with them can be a little patchy at times but they do respond to all chats albeit at the end of the day with the aim of ironing out any customer issues rather than sweeping them aside. We have never failed to get the shoes and quality has always been the same as with the other stockists (given that they all stock Pleaser shoes).
