The friendly guy on the phone gave me and quote and then arranged everything over the phone. I was slightly nervous about leaving my item with someone I didn’t know and I’d never heard of. The item was collected bang on time and was delivered within the agreed time frame. They sent me a text to confirm it had been delivered safely. I would absolutely recommend pony express couriers.
