Works great. My dog's been wearing this for a short while now and doesn't notice it. The app works fine and shows how active/lazy my dog has been while I was at work.
Saw on ITV this activity tracker. got two of these for our dogs. great product and seems to work quite well. Really light on the collar.
The monitor seems to be fairly accurate, the spikes in activity correspond with the times my dog has walked, played or ran around up. He’s swam several times without issue and it remains firmly attached to his collar. An easy to use app. No buttons on the tracker and it's look so cute. Varvara Roza
Quick delivery and easy to set up. Small and unobtrusive, my dog doesn’t even notice it’s there. I love the fact that the app tells me how many grams of Royal Canin (the exact food) my springer should eat. Would definitely recommend.
Saw this at Crufts 2019 I absolutely loved the PoochPlay for the first month. Was really cool to see what my pup was doing
Really good little device, and lightweight too. Got one in yellow coming out anytime soon? :) Would be cool to have a special one for cats as well
I heard about PoochPlay from Crufts showguide back in March and bought it for my Labrador. It is really interesting how much further they go when you are out walking, I love how beautiful the mobile app is. My doggo loves to go for a swim, I find it hard to keep him out of the water, you don’t have to worry about removing this beforehand. It's waterproof and works on some kind of battery that never seem to run out. 5 stars from us.
Do not buy this. Company do not respond to emails. It took over a month to arrive and quite frankly I wish it hadn’t and I could have got a refund via PayPal. Useless ... do not buy.
Purchased this in December, but had to wait 3 weeks for it..... and have had no issues until 4 weeks ago. The plastic sleeve on the clips has split and slides off the clip, luckily we spotted it as otherwise we would have lost it. I have emailed them twice and no response. I have also tried to contact them via Facebook but this is the message, thanks for messaging us. We are away at the moment and will reply to you shortly. Thank you for your patience. They haven't got back to me. It is extremely frustrating as it does work quiet well and recommended. I would advise looking for other trackers as the cusotmer service of Poochplay is terrible.
Never sent tracker currently disputing with PayPal but no refund given yet no response from pooch play shame as 1st tracker came but 2nd has never come starting to think I will have to write money lesson learnt and promoted at Crufts 😤
Terrible service. Purchased tracker but it didn't arrive. Contacted them several times as online tracker kept saying order is still being processed. Had no responses. Luckily I paid through Paypal and Paypal are refunding me.
Very disappointed. Yes I can see what dog has done each day and it APPARENTLY backs up. To where who knows. 2 emails to PoochPlay. NO RESPONSE. Wish i had not bothered. Investigating other apps.
Very disappointed. Couldn't get it to work no matter what I did for the first 3 days. New battery was needed. On the 2nd day of wearing it the tracker came out of the holder on a 6 acre field never to be found. 2 emails later they have finally got back to me saying I should have bought the extreme band not the clip on. I have the clip it's the tracker that popped out the clip was fine
Really disappointed with product. The customer services are terrible have emailed them on several occasions and still no reply. There isn’t a phone number on there website so you cant even call them.
It's exactly what i needed it for my dog, and the diet plan is amazing!

August 2018: Good response when you contact pooch play, very polite and prompt customer service. The app has recently updated which is an improvement on the earlier version. Long lasting battery. January 2019: I emailed them on 26th December 2018 regarding a fault (possibly with the app) not expecting a prompt reply as it’s Boxing Day but still expecting a response within a few weeks. It is now the 31st January 2019, I have chased them 3 times via email and still have no reply. Very disappointing. The one thing I used to love about this company is their customer service but my mind has changed.
Don't bother with it. Pretty useless. App's design is too basic and the tracker does not really work most of the days.

Sep 06,2019Love my new Poochplay. Allows me to check that my cocker spaniels are getting enough exercise by my dog walkers. I got free dog walk coupons for Tailster from PoochPlay, which was so cool. I use the extreme bands and you cannot even see the trackers because they are so small.. I can also see how active they are when I’m not at home. Would be even better if I could link it via GPS App - maybe in next version PoochPlay? :)
