The Charnwood dust extractor arrived when it was meant to. However, in the workshop building it, I found that the pack of nuts, bolts and screws did not quite match the requirements of the build. Luckily, I am a man of many bolts and the sizes, if not the lengths, were regular. I completed the build (I'll removes and cut down some bolts later) and, so far, am very happy with the machine. It is reasonably quiet (since I usually remove my hearing aids in the workshop) and quite powerful. With about 2m of cable, I don't really see the point of a 'floor sweeper' attachment but I'll find some use for it. My table saw is also Charnwood. It has given two years of good service since new.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Poolewood Machinery, from the moment I decided on the right Lathe for me it couldn't have been easier, I requested delivery to Portugal and was notified the following day of the cost which was very acceptable. the carriers gave me a date and time for delivery and amazingly it arrived on time, a very rare occurrence here in Portugal.

Item arrived next day. 1 piece was missing but called and item arrived within 2 days. Happy with customer service. Im a novice and they were patient while i explained what was missing. Will buy from again for sure.
