Feb 16,2023Kate was very communicative throughout the process. She sent me various mockups of what the painting would look like, based on the three pictures I provided. She made the corrections I asked for, and did so quickly! I was concerned as this was my first big Etsy purchase. Kate made me feel at ease thanks to the consistent communication and feedback throughout the process. The painting itself is BEAUTIFUL! It looked exactly as she explained and showed in the sketches. Shipping took about 3-4 weeks, and the item was well packaged. Lots of wrap and a sturdy box. The item exceeded my expectations. Be mindful of the item description. I didn't see that pricing is a bit different than the Etsy listing options imply, and so I had to forego a frame to remain in budget. Other than that, item,communication, service, and delivery are 10/10.

I had someone who was not in the picture added and you couldn’t tell they weren’t there to begin with. Customer service was wonderful. Very responsive even with our time zone difference. This was a present to my best friend who’s grandmother passed away and when she opened the package she immediately started crying. I highly recommend this artist. Beyond talented and greatly appreciated for this.
