The Posca paint pens are fantastic. They are working really well on plastic and paper surfaces. Vibrant colours, that are true to the lid description.

Fast and efficient even under the difficult circumstances with the floods. Had not been able to find the glitter Posca pens locally so was happy to be able to buy them from you.

I run workshops and decided to go with Posca pens in my last workshop and was not impressed with the way the pens performed when doing lines up against resin glitter lines. They seemed to catch the glitter lines then rendering the pens un-usable. Most of my students were not happy with the results the pen produced to their final pieces.

Happy with the products now that they have arrived, but the process from order to final delivery has been very poor. Deep lack of communication, very limited shipping updates and explanation of delays, and a long waiting period. Very frustrating and confusing.

Your website was annoying in that i had to switch browsers after spending ages making our selection in order to pat. You were sold out of all the big sets i wanted and yet seemed to have both the cases and the selection of poscas needed. I chose 2 smaller sets but these came with a different range of colours than depicted in the pictures and as i had ordered other sets things got doubled up rather than our art department getting the range and variety desired. I waited for over 40 mins on the phone for help but eventually gave up and hung up. The chat was okay but I was trying to teach at the same time so it kept timing out. But we do love love Poscas sooooo well done there.
