Aug 14,2023I ordered a custom sized poster. I uploaded the image and very clearly entered my measurements. They were 29-1/2”h x 21-7/8”w. The final product was billing me a 36 x 24 CUSTOM. I was unsure about this so I re-emphasized my custom measurements in the Printing Instructions box. The freaking poster came an exact 36 x 24!!!! When I emailed customer service they suggested I ordered a 36 x 24 because it was on sale and I needed to pay more if I wanted the CUSTOM SIZE I ordered to begin with. I contemplated doing this but decided to try the website again and entered my custom measurements several times and each and every time I got the same results: 36 x 24 Custom! That is their mistake, not mine. If I am doing something wrong then their website is Not User Friendly! I am clearly out $26. I wish I had read the customer reviews more thoroughly before choosing to do business with this website! I feel cheated out of my money like many others also were! Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apr 03,2023This is my 2nd time ordering multiple posters for a display. The quality is great and ship time is very fast. My display looks professional. While I'm not in love with their customization tool - it could definitely use some improvement - I've made it work and am happy with the results. Thanks for a good product, PosterBurner!

Mar 16,2023I didn't receive my poster and wasn't given a refund. It was either misdelivered or stolen. I am out $36. Will not order again. I am most disappointed that I did not get the poster which was for my new apartment.

Feb 01,2023I am writing this review about Poster Burner. I purchased 2 posters with Poster Burner. I sent them an email advising if the quality is low - please cancel the order. Upon review by customer service, they advised they can add a filter to one to save the integrity of the picture. They emailed me asking if it was okay to proceed when they sent over proof of the filtered picture. They proceeded with the order and canceled the other print with a refund. After a week, I asked about the refund they said to allow them another 2 days for processing the refund. After another week I emailed them and they said they sent the low pixelization picture that was supposedly canceled to me. They advised me now in order to get a refund to send that one back or send a picture of the item ripped. Since then I have emailed them twice with a ripped picture of the photo and no refund. So I have an email thread saying they canceled my second item another email saying they are going to issue a refund and now a third saying in order to issue the refund I have to send proof of the picture being ripped - I have now contacted my credit card company to send them this email thread showing this company doesn't honor their word - they have somehow left the onus on me for the mistake and that is not fair....

I absolutely love love love them, and I’m sure my sister will love love love them as well!! I had them made for her birthday party and they are perfect!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS, THIS COVERS 6 MONTH TIME FRAME FROM JUNE 2022 UNTIL NOV 2022 AND STILL NOTHING!!!

Received 9 canvases with black border, requested refund or reprint. They admitted mistake but ignored the inconvenience and monetary loss their mistake cost me and insisted I destroy the misprints, or they wouldn't refund or send me what I ordered. Their refund terms cover damage in transit not printer error. I'm not legally obligated to destroy their misprints, their "satisfaction guarantee" is a scam.

Sep 17,2022I have been ordering from posterburner for over 7 years now and they have delivered consistently for me the entire time. If something gets damaged or doesn't turn out the way you like it, they will fix it pretty quickly from my experience.

Sep 14,2022More like zero stars. Took over two weeks deliver despite their terms of service ice stating "average" time is 2-4 days (I call b.s.). Then, they ship them and the order is missing 3 of the 14 prints. The quality wasn't nearly as expected, the delivery time was a joke, and the negligence to send the complete order is unforgivable at this point. THEN, I offer to ship back if they send a prepaid label and despite their own return policy, they REFUSE and demand I cut up and crumple the prints and then send them pictures and THEN, maybe they'll refund the payment!!!! Zero customer service, poor quality, & awful delivery time frame. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is a joke.

Sep 07,2022The quality is garbage. The frames are so weak they bow when you hang them up by the picture hanger and the plexiglass falls out. Literally usesless and customer service must not speak english very well. Been trying to get a replacement or refund for over a week and just going in circles.
