May 04,2016Posterpigeon provide some of the best customer service around. After sending them a file to make a poster they emailed me to warn me the quality would be less than perfect because the file wasn't right sort for such enlargements. they gave me the option of continuing or having a complete refund. I took the latter and the processed it immediately along with the payment for another poster (although this file was OK) which I changed my mind about because the two were related. Refund processed immediately. Friendly too. Great company

Feb 09,2016The level of service we received was excellent. We had a few difficulties along the way (our fault entirely) and they were very understanding and patient with us. In the end they rang us and we placed the order over the telephone. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special thanks go to Paul and Lesley for their professionalism. The four prints we ordered turned out brilliantly (as they were for our daughters portfolio to apply for University) and they turned up the next day. The level of service was faultless. We would highly recommend Posterpigeon.

Nov 23,2015Website was user friendly and ordering was straightforward. I initially sent the poster I wanted printing in the wrong format but I was notified of this quickly so I could rectify the problem. Posters were printed and with me in two days. Printing was clear and replicated colours perfectly. Quality of the poster was really good, had it encapsulated as I needed it to be strong enough to be put up and taken down repeatedly and transported across a variety of locations. Well worth the cost. I would definitely use poster pigeon again.

Nov 02,2015I contacted Posterpigeon looking for an A1 printout of the table plan for our wedding from a Photoshop file I had created. Not only did they assure me that it would print out ok, but they also said they could do it at a custom size for no extra cost. When the poster arrived it looked absolutely wonderful. Communication was excellent throughout and we were always satisfied that it would turn up in time for our big day. One of the best customer experiences I've ever had.

Oct 30,2015A quick service with simple to use interface. The website offered delivery by Royal Mail but the posters arrived by Hermes Courier. The courier left the poster tube outside, in the rain. Royal Mail would have left it for us to collect at the local Post Office.

Oct 28,2015I have used posterpigeon several times and they never fail to deliver. This time I needed just two A1 posters. The process was easy and the posters arrived sooner than expected and were well packed to avoid damage. The quality of the posters was fantastic.

Oct 01,2015I ordered next day delivery to come on the Saturday and it was delivered on the following Wednesday. I was refunded my money without asking which was good. The product itself was very poor quality for a poster.
