Nov 08,2023Canadian Citizen, these products aren’t available to import into Canada and I was never informed of this. At first the company seemed to be very accommodating and was willing to issue me a refund once the shipment has returned to their warehouse. It’s now been 3 months and they seem to be dodging me when I email asking for updates on my refund, I was going to give this company a good review but I’ve become very disenchanted with the customer service.
