Dec 13,2022The package arrived on time - but 2 of 10 vapes are not working (coconut from salt and red berry from V&YOU) all had been original packed - but no light is turning on and there is no smoke - that means 20% are waste Remark on 18.12.2022: Support will send me the two new vapes for free and give me a 15% discount on my next order. I set from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Dec 03,2022Ik wacht altijd nog op mijn bestelling. Volgens website zou het op werkdagen voor 14:00 besteld, morgen met PostNL geleverd zijn. We zijn intussen bijna 9 dagen verder, bestelling is nog onderweg. Na dag 4 pas shippinglabel aangemaakt, met GLS vanuit Tsjechië. Geen enkele reactie na contact via mail met klantenservice. GLS is altijd nog ‘onderweg’ zonder indicatie wanneer de levering zal plaatsvinden. Gelukkig heeft de bestelling geen haast, maar naast foutieve informatie op de website (misleidend?) ook zeer jammer dat klantenservice geen gehoor geeft. Hopelijk ontvang ik de bestelling alsnog één van dezer dagen? Update: op dag 10 dan toch bestelling ontvangen. Blij het in handen te hebben, ook al was het inefficiënt ingepakt. Maar dat is detail.

Oct 19,2022order placed on September 26, November 5, having not yet been shipped, I try to contact customer service by e-mail, which finally responds to November 11, telling me that the items ordered were out of stock and to indicate what I would like to replace them with. The same day I reply indicating the alternative article, since then they have not replied to any emails. Bad customer service and I'm starting to think it's a scam as well as an order already paid. I wanted to update the review as today 11/14/2022 I was contacted by email from customer service who apologized for the inconvenience, refunded my order and given a gift card for the next order.
