My first encounter with Pretty Homey was delightful. They let me knew a few minutes after my order was placed, via sms, that my delivery will be delayed due to the Christmas Holidays, and if I would be fine with that. That is service for you right there! Got my delivery a day after they opened. Carefully packaged.

I had absolutely no issues, Pretty Homey was fast and efficient - when i received my product it had been very well packaged to avoid any damage. Very happy with the service.

Great products and even better service. Love the personal touch with the handwritten note. Will definitely buy again soon. The Turkish towels make excellent gifts. My cat loves it too 🙈😂

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had issues creating an account on the website and I chatted to Liezl via the newly introduced chat system and she was such a pleasure to deal with. She ensured that my package was delivered within two working days and I loved the hand written note that arrived in the box - such a lovely touch!
