Dec 21,2020I was not made aware an item would be shipped in two separate parts. They turned up different days so wasted an email thinking I was missing half the parts. Second delivery came but the parts were smashed. Emailed photos 5 times but every time i was told they were missing photos, part numbers, actual picture of item 🤨. Sent them absolutely everything and they still wasn't satisfied. Resent all the same info and photos in a paypay dispute and they resolved within 2 days.

Dec 13,2020Please read my review until the end. Bought this bed for our Grandson's 1st birthday. The outer packaging was badly ripped causing damage to the foot plate of the bed. I messaged Price Right Home late that pm. They replied 1st thing the next day asking for photos. They were sent. Later that same day I was told another foot plate was on its way directly from the manufacturer. It arrived the next day! Not very often I give praise but their service was outstanding. I will gladly shop with them again. Thank you again x PS he loves it!!!!
