Sep 15,2020At first, I thought I'd found a great place to shop but when I tried to check out, all appeared fine until the payment was authorized on my card. Then nothing. No confirmation of order and no email. I think the duvet set I was trying to order was still in the shopping basket. So I tried again still nothing. So I sent a message to customer services about the experience asking them to sort it out. I heard nothing back about it. But after a number of days I started getting emails asking me to review my purchase that I hadn't got. I started to fear that I was going to receive two lots of the same duvet set - I had already given up and purchased elsewhere. At least nothing else turned up in the post to my relief. I expect it was a temporary fault, but I'm afraid it has put me off and they lost a sale. I don't expect I'll hear anything more from them.

Sep 09,2020Goods ordered were as described, perfectly acceptable and good value for money. I would have rated my experience more highly if it had not been for problems with delivery. My parcel travelled around by Royal Mail for at least 2 extra days. When it arrived the reason for this was immediately apparent. The letters of the postcode, while correct on the original order had been incorrectly transcribed on to the receipt and despatch note. A combination of lower rather than upper case letters, resulting in one of them becoming a completely different letter, proved almost but not quite, too much for Royal Mail. Thank you Royal Mail. You get a 5 star rating.
