Jul 14,2020Delivered the wrong bed! When contacted I was told the new bed would be dispatched after the wrong bed had been collected. Waited home on collection date for no one to arrive. After contacting them again, I was told that they had come to collect and I wasn’t home?! It’s a pandemic and I’m always home! Apparently the bed will be collected later in the week but I don’t hold my breath. Awful customer services who have never apologised throughout - despite my toddler now sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I’ve now ordered elsewhere and will probably have to fight for my refund. Avoid at all costs! Edit: I was home all day on the original collection date I was given so I did not miss their attempt to collect. I also have a ring doorbell which would have notified me if someone had approached my door. The bed has since been collected and I now await my refund. I appreciate the apology on my review but perhaps your customer services team who are dealing with this, could be equally sincere.

Jul 14,2020Not happy with the purchase at all! Pillow cases got ripped while my daughter used them for two nights, the other set after a week! Ordered two sets and very disappointed. Emailed to customer service, got reply that my email has been received ( I assume it was generated automatically), the week has passed and there is no response. Though delivery was quick.
