Both times Helena's customer service was exceptional, she's great at replying and making sure the product you want to create is achievable and what you will receive. The turn around time for her orders is super fast and reliable and the cakes and biscuits themselves look beautiful and professional. I would definitely recommend using Print Cakes and imagine I will be a returning customer in the future!

My request was last minute but the turn around was so quick. Quality of my logo was great and they were absolutely delicious. My clients loved them too. Thank you do much for your help Helena. Cakes were ordered for a company summit - I required over 30 boxes of 6 branded cupcakes to be sent to various parts of the globe - Spain, Germany, Italy etc. The cakes made the event. Helena was fabulous to deal with in every way and the cakes tasted and looked awesome!!

May 18,2020Very pleased with the biscuits that we ordered during COVID19, delivered very promptly, they tended to the different dietary needs of some of our people and it was a lovely surprise for them to receive, all parcelled up and presented beautifully. All very efficient, Helena was a pleasure to deal with and will definitely use them again. Feedback from everyone said the biscuits were a lovely surprise to get from the company, cheered them up and they were lovely with an extra thank you to those who are gluten free, they appreciated being catered for.

Chris was really helpful, all we had to do was send across our design (which he was happy to provide different versions of until we were happy) and he did the rest! Delivery was prompt, and the quality of cupcakes was excellent - we were really happy with them and it helped make our product launch a bit more exciting - who doesn't love cake?! Would highly recommend, we'll certain be using them again.

Mentioned by lots of our guests for the delicious taste... We have used these for high profile marketing events at our theatre and hope to continue for years to come... They should offer a discount for regular customers though I think.

I put in the request quite late in the day before we needed these and Chris was able to accommodate my request. I called them up at 10am on a Tuesday, needing a batch of branded cupcakes delivered the very next day to 2 different addresses. Both deliveries were made before 10am on the Wednesday, so it was a less than 24-hour turn around in the end!! The cupcakes themselves went down a treat, and Helena was an absolute star and a delight to deal with.
