Mar 08,2025Early November, 2024, I purchased $50,000 in silver from Priority Gold, (Terry Kelly-salesman) as an investment. I received a total of 840 ounces, (420 2oz) coins and assumed that was a partial shipment, so I waited patiently for the remainder. After a few weeks, I called and asked about it and was told that was the entire order. I looked again and found that I had paid $118.91 per 2 ounce coin. At the time, silver spot price was $30 per ounce, but I was charged $59.45 per ounce, almost double the spot price. Also, in my initial conversations with Terry Kelly, he assured me that I could always sell it back to them if needed, because I was really nervous about tying up $50K. "But, you'll want to keep it for 4 or 5 years to maximize profits" he said. He kept stressing the 4-5 year hold. After several calls complaining about the price, salesman stated that he had talked with his company and they had agreed to give me $500 dollars worth of silver, which I never received. I told him that I was gonna do more research and call him back. After researching and praying about it, I decided that I should sell the silver back to Priority Gold. After telling the salesman that I wanted to sell the silver back to them, he stated, "you'll be behind on your investment by around $4500" and encouraged me to hold it. I said that I'm much farther behind than $4500 by being charged almost double spot price. he encouraged me to think it over. Several days later, I called back and said that I still wanted to sell the silver back to Priority Gold and he still insisted that I hold, "because it usually takes at least a year to overcome market entry" he said this time. So evidently, Priority Gold has a market entry fee of $12,000 - $15000. I was never told about a market entry fee, I just wanted to buy silver. Deceptive salesmanship is what I encountered with this so called "reputable company." I did expect Priority Gold to make a profit, but not a 12-15 thousand dollars profit. I'm still trying to get them to buy back the silver. "Deceptive company instead of Reputable company. Stay away from Priority Gold unless you enjoy losing money. UPDATE: March 19, 2025 I received a call from Priority Gold's buyback department with an offer to buy back my silver for $35,000. Terry Kelly claimed that I would be behind on my investment by $4500 if I sold it back, now. So, the buyback policy which Mr. Kelly uses as a major selling point is useless for a customer to consider. Priority Gold and Terry Kelly will mislead customers up front with the hopes of getting people to hold the product long enough for it's value to increase to a level that exceeds the purchase price. Mr. Kelly stressed that I hold the silver for 5 years or more to hide the overcharge of $15,000. He knew what he was doing to a 60 year old disabled man. I feel so foolish for dealing with Priority Gold

Feb 19,2025Got a call from Priority Gold. My impression was that they seemed like a weaselly company. I was given to their coin specialist. He told me nobody on line posts their prices because they are constantly changing. Many companies actual do this (SD Bullion, JM Bullion, and many more). He quoted me 48.72 for BU Peace or Morgan silver dollars......WAY HIGH!! Don't trust them!

Sep 30,2024I requested information by submitting an email. I was contacted by an SR Account Executive(AE). On 09/28/2024, the AE did provide vague information. I could not narrow down transparency on the FEES. The call and information got strange because I was given FINANCIAL AND TAX ADVICE that did not sound right and some even illicit. But I absorbed all the information and thought I would do my due diligence. On this same day - I was ADVISED to liquidate ALL my IRA on October 30th, 2021 - which he would help facilitate with Vanguard on the phone. I was told he deals with Vanguard all the time and he knows most of them. There was a follow-up call on 09/29/2024 with the same Account Executive (AE). The call started out with him talking about a 10 million dollar deal with a doctor and playing golf. Then - the AE mentioned how is waiting on a bunch of gold coins from an individual in Florida (Boca Raton). The AE did boast how he directed this person/estate to avoid taxes. Then - he bragged that he is acquiring these coins well below the market as a bonus. I keep hearing this same theme from the AE being OFF THE GRID and NOT PAYING TAXES ( This is in regards to IRA and even personal accounts for buying gold). This raised a red flag for me. To this day - the AE has not given any credentials of being a LICENSED financial / tax advisor. After hearing on-going vague responses, I asked very specific questions to the Account Executive(AE) to focus him in on the information I needed (SPECIFIC TRANSPARENT FEES). He got VERY DISGRUNTLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. It was scary and concerning that MY LIFE SAVINGS even got this far with this individual. At this point, I was belittled and told very concerning things that any investor should be aware of. In short, the AE was advising me to trust him, the process and don't be concerned with the details (FEES, THE PROOF COIN DATES, BUY BACK and more). I did call the local authorities and reported the more concerning issues. Here are some questions I asked but could not get a direct answer: 1. Are these gold-proof and silver-proof coins in the company(s) possession or are these orders fulfilled by a vendor? 2. What are the fees and mark-up on the precious metals? 3. Can I speak to a supervisor or owner of the company? I was denied the request! Then - the Account Executive told me there is NOBODY HIGHER than him. He later confessed there is a higher authority because I mentioned a name (with initials of J.C. to provide privacy and be in the guidelines per Trust Pilot). The AE shared the name with me the day before but he must of forgot.

Jun 08,2024Misled and basically ripped me off. They were attentive and very helpful through the process, but very misleading on the the value of the gold and silver I was purchasing. 140k investment leaves me (even now after the recent valuation increases) with slightly less than 50% worth of actual metals. I would have been far better off to take the tax penalties and just made outright purchases of physical metals to store myself rather than engaging in this ridiculous Gold IRA scam. Check your account values!
