Jan 12,2023Have been a regular user on a monthly basis And very happy with service and charges but I have been frustrated at extra charges I have suffered due I think to some low value transfers. These extra charges make the value of the exchange less competitive. What is most frustrating is that the charge is never highlighted in the the process and can be most annoying.

Privalgo, in particular, Richard Brown guided me through this process with great advice and provided excellent exchange rates and it really is easy to use

Aug 29,2021I Made my first exchange with Privalgo this week. Louis was excellent. Walked me through the process, explained to me the rate and how Privalgo make their money. With the service I received the rate became secondary, even though they were a lot cheaper than the competition. Will be using again!!! Extremely happy.
