May 11,2018Customer service does not respond to consumer emails in a timely fashion. Also, when they finally got around to emailing me back, several different customer service agents answered the same email. This created a frustrating situation. I chose one to respond to and am still waiting for a reply to resolve my issue.

I have been using this product on my teenage daughters skin for the past 2 weeks to help clear teenage acne and I am already seeing an improvement.
