Jan 30,2021These guys were AMAZING! First, the pricing was really good when you compare to other companies. Second, the quality was better than I had expected. Where these guys really knocked it out of the park - CUSTOMER SERVICE. They took my mediocre design and took it to the next level. My designer was readily accessible and was open to my ideas and helped me make them a reality. He treated me like a good friend and not a customer. So much so, if he weren't 1,000 miles away, I'd invite him to my next cook out. This particular project was 17 feather flags to celebrate the seniors on the soccer team. He took great care to make the design and get the order finished as if it were his kids on the flags. My only regret was not ordering an extra pole set or two. I know with the constant up and down of 17 flags over the season I am sure to step on one and break it or abuse it in some other way. Great job Promotional Signs and I.G.(designer). Words cannot express how happy I am with the flags and how happy you have made our seniors.
