Sep 06,2021I had a very bad experience with proofers, First they charged me extra for issuing a certificate. Their performance was also very poor. Editor asked me again to get manuscript proofread from a professional editing services. Manuscript still contains various sentences in the passive voices. I myself have difficulty writing in the active voice. And getting proofread from them doesn't helped. It seems like they used Grammarly on my document, which I could have done by myself.
