Jul 10,2024I returned to them the unopened product upon our mutual arrangements. By mistake, I sent the wrong item first which they claimed they never received. After that, the correct item was sent and the proof of delivery shown to him. Despite all this, the owner still claims to never have received the item. I lost two products and money for postage.
