I am working on finding a supplier for things I do, as my main supplier is retiring and closing its doors. Apr 05,2024We purchased the SG1000 printer. It comes with the smaller ink cartridges. This must be a marketing ploy to get customers to purchase more and more ink. Unless you want to spend double on ink to switch, you are stuck paying outrages prices to keep it running. I am on a limited school budget so it will sit idle.

Mar 27,2024Poor customer service. I ordered a package (heat press and Platens. several Platens are back ordered. When questioned about having to paying for a product that is needed and may get them in the future, services pretty much said that I should be happy that I was not paying more and my being put out is my own issue. even at the supervisor level that same message was relayed. I hope if I ever need support in the future that it is better (I am hoping that this purchase was not a huge mistake).

Mar 24,2024One of the rhinestone transfer didn’t transfer correctly. I notified customer service and still do not have the meantime. Now I have a very unhappy because they don’t have their shirt for the weekend. Very poor response from Pro World.

Mar 20,2024I had to glue the frames I ordered together as they came in pieces. The little stick to hold them up doesn't fit in the holes drilled for them. Altogether they were just cheap. As for the slate hearts to sublimate on, the sublimation material sticks out past the edges and looks cheap. I was just really disappointed with the items I purchased.
