Jun 22,2017I'd purchased a dupatta from their elite category of dupattas. It's perhaps was one of the best designs I've seen with phulkari work. Unfortunately however it had some issues. I was a little disappointed and got back to Mr. Vinay regarding it. He was extremely prompt to rectify the issue and promised me better services in the future. What I liked most is the acknowledgement and follow up given to a customer, they've regained my trust in them. Something rarely seen online these days. I'm sure I'm going to get my next phulkari from them.
