Jul 23,2020I ordered pink. Received red. Emailed you guys saying that I did not receive the color that I ordered. Someone calls and asks me “ I’m pretty sure that you’ll need red one day. Try to mix it again” mind you, my original email was asking for a refund or exchange. I think that the fact that the lady called not to actually fix the situation but to tell me that I should keep it even though it wasn’t what I ordered. Update: yep. It’s still red even though I ordered pink. I’m still not happy with my purchase. Not really sure why you are responding to my review Maria. Red is red. I mixed your “red” with coconut, and almond oil and. It was red. Added white pigment. It was just light red. No matter how much white you put in it, it still will not be the color “pink” that was displayed on your site “Barbie pink” the color displayed on your site is not what I received. Maybe you guys should update your product pictures and names...
