I had ordered a scented lotion base, and thankfully received a phone call to inquire if I knew how to use the particular product. After the explanation, I opted to exchange it for a lotion base that I was familiar with. This personalized care was very impressive, thank you.

May 30,2022Ordered 5/22 shipped 5/23, still not here and paid $13.55 for UPS ground 3-5 days. You could ship USPS for $8 priority 2-3 days. If you are going to gouge people for shipping at least get it to them in a timely manner. I too have an online company and i would never do this to my customers. GREAT products horrible shipping.
