Aug 21,2024Upsetting experience with Purple CV compare to other reviews. My initial interaction was in February with Wesley. Very slow approach, and seemed like I had to pull the information out. The updated CV which I received looked like someone copy pasted descriptions from internet. Last week I wrote again regarding my updated CV kindly asking to review it and make amendments. Had to explain few times to different people what I would like to do. Today I received an email Saeeda, who had zero interest whatsoever in what I would like to do. Very disappointing!

Aug 21,2024Well for a starter, I purchased the 10+ years experience package based on my experience, but when they realised I'm on an Executive level, they requested additional payment saying I should have selected the "specialist writer" category, mind you I'm a CHRO not a space engineer! I've done what they've asked in hopes of getting a professional rewrite but all I've got so far after two weeks and two assigned "specialists" is reformatted version summerised content of my original CV. My experience is not pleasant I know I would've done an extremely better job doing it myself but I didn't have the time for it.

I also had a conversation with him about the idea of different cv designs he thoroughly explained why this isn’t a good idea. He was also very quick on any amendments. Aug 16,2024Sally a senior writer at PurpleCV did an amazing job of re-writing my CV and cover letter. Phoning me to ensure the CV would be spot on and discussing the CV and overview with me. I was initially appointed Harry as my writer, he did a mediocre CV that wasn't suitable for my position and refused to re-master it after a couple of attempts. The cover letter he wrote was okay, but not as good as I'd hoped for either.
