For the second draft I asked him largely change it from what the specific targeted wording I’d originally requested, to something more far reaching and hugely different to what he’d originally done. He patiently and happily altered to fit my updated requirements, keeping it at the same level of standard. This was not the last draft, but needless to say, I was very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend.

Jan 22,2025They don’t deserve any stars! Avoid using their services—they are the worst I’ve ever encountered! Honestly, my toddler could probably write a better CV than what they provided. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing, and you can find far better services elsewhere for a much more reasonable price. The writer even asked me to send them a job description for a senior role, which is completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them! DO NOT USE THEM!

Jan 20,2025I recently used the services of PurpleCV and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I expected a professional and polished resume that would showcase my skills and experience effectively, but the final product was disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, the communication was very poor. Despite providing detailed information about my career history and specific achievements, the resume writer did not seem to grasp the key points I wanted to highlight. My requests for revisions were often ignored, and when they were addressed, the changes were minimal and did not improve the quality of the resume. Secondly, the resume itself was riddled with errors which made it hard to read going from past to present tenses. There were no grammatical mistakes and but the formatting inconsistencies that made the document look unprofessional. I had to spend additional time proofreading and correcting these errors, which is unacceptable for a service that claims to provide expertly written resumes. Furthermore, the resume lacked customization. It felt like a generic template was used, with minimal effort to tailor the content to my specific industry and job role. This resulted in a resume that did not stand out and failed to capture the attention of potential employers. Additionally, the turnaround time was much longer than advertised. I was promised a completed resume within a week, but it took nearly three weeks to receive the final draft. This delay significantly impacted my job search timeline and added unnecessary stress. Lastly, the cost of the service was not justified by the quality of the product. For the high price I paid, I expected a top-notch resume that would give me a competitive edge in the job market. Instead, I received a subpar document that required extensive revisions and did not meet my expectations. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Purple CV. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking a professional and effective resume. It is crucial to research and choose a reputable resume writing service that truly understands your career goals and can deliver a high-quality product. Note this is my view only I have been on going back and fouth since Sep 2024 your own experice may differ.

Purple CV produced a stand out professional CV for me which I am proud to share with potential employers. Harpreet was thorough in gaining information about my qualifications and work experience and was happy to edit my CV until I was happy with the end result. I went for the Advanced Package Deal, which includes Advanced Career CV, cover letter and LinkedIn Profile. I had intended to close my existing LinkedIn Profile as I thought a new LinkedIn Profile would be created for me as part of the package deal. I could have just purchased the CV and Cover Letter template as what was actually provided were details of where to copy and paste specific information from the CV created into my existing profile.

Jan 14,2025I came across Purple CV through a friend who had a decent experience. However, I’m unable to say the same. I purchased the next step packed and received a CV not even matching the years of experience I have and to not even mention the cover letter that I could have easily done by myself. I tried to contact the support and they keep saying the writer is waiting feedback even after I shared a screenshot of the last email I received from the writer saying that the CV provided was already matching the roles I’m interested. The package I purchased includes LinkedIn review and the writer didn’t bother to ask for the profile. The support keeps saying they tried to contact me via phone after I said 2 times that I’m abroad and unable to pick up phone calls. Asked for a writer change or a refund and heard nothing. Overall, if it is your 1st CV and you’re not actively applying for jobs then Purple CV might be useful but if you have experience, a CV done already that you just want to make it top notch to apply for mid - senior roles then find another service. This one is a waste of time

Once I received and started presenting my new CV to recruiters and directly to employers comments received were always very positive and told it’s a very strong CV. Later on I made a request for a brief update and again handled very quickly when I was tight for time. I have secured potential new role using the new CV from Tuli I cannot recommend enough.
