This must have been such a logistical nightmare to organise but racing breaks kept us informed and up to date the whole way . Great day delivered as per expectation Had a great day at all levels . May 19,2021Communication is slow and poor. I’m booked for Ascot and can never get through on the phone to discuss the booking - which likely won’t happen but I need to make childcare plans if it is and have arranged and paid for non refundable transport.

However, Racing Breaks have subsequently returned all monies owed and went above and beyond to repair our damaged relationship. It was a clear indicator to me Racing Breaks clearly care about their customer service and the relationship they have built with their many customers. I have since re-booked racing tickets through Racing Breaks for Cheltenham 2022 for a party of 6. Racing Breaks made this booking very easy and once again did everything in their power to make up for my previous bad experience. I would like to particularly mention Tom, who is very professional to deal with and clearly cares about the service the company offers its customers. I would recommend Racing Breaks to all who are looking for a racing weekend or holiday - from package deals with tickets and hotel to just one day racing tickets, Racing Breaks regularly have come through for me and provided me with many memorable experiences.

Feb 20,2021We were due to go to the Dubai World Cup in March 2020 as a special trip for my 40th. Obviously a few days before we were due to go, the first lockdown and travel restrictions came in. The team were great and quickly responded to all correspondence, and we decided to roll our trip over to 2021, thinking “the world will be back to normal by then”!!!! As this years trip has again drawn closer, once again I can’t fault the team, always quick to respond, friendly and helpful. We have been offered the trip in 2022 or 2023, or the option of credit to use against any other trip. I’ve opted for credit, and will be first in the queue once we can go racing again to get booked up!

Feb 08,2021I have been to the Arc in Paris for many years but the two trips I have done with Racing Breaks have been on a different level to my previous experiences. I would highly recommend them. I missed my trip last October but I can't wait to return this year.

Feb 08,2021I have been dealing with a young gentleman who has been extremely efficient and clear in booking each part of our trip to Dubai World Cup in 2022. The website was clear and showed all of the various options available for the packages and all of our questions were answered regarding adding an extra night and a trip up the Burj Khalifa. Can’t wait!

Jul 19,2021Edit after Refund - Aug 12th 2021 I have just received a full refund from Racing Breaks with an email apologising for the delay for the process. I suppose this was the best outcome after what had happened previously and that furlough put an unmanageable strain on their resources. Happy with the outcome after a stressful few months for all. Original Post - July 19th 2021 I booked a trip with Racing Breaks for the Grand National 2021 in August 2020 explicitly agreeing a refund if the event would not allow spectators. Up until May 2020 Racing Breaks returned my emails, answering any questions and assuring me that they were awaiting refunds from their suppliers and would then pass on the refund to me. Since then, after sending a number of emails I haven't heard anything back about my refund of over £2500, despite lots of social media posts. I have sent the messages on social media, personal email, work email and nothing has worked. Unfortunately, I will have to take this further.
