Shame on you Rad!! This company have been the worst. They promise a free and Quick refund, but it's not like that at all. I got some tshirts and sent 2 of them back. They claim They refund in 10 working day..after almost 2 months of me writing them to always receive vagué anwers, they claimed I had returned only 1 t-shirt and despite me saying it was not the case(which was absolutely Not), they did not refund me thé second t-shirt and did not even bother apologise. NOT ONLY I HAD TO WAIT MORE THEN 2 MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK,INSTEAD OF 10DAYS, I FINALLY WAS NOT EVEN REFUNDED WHAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED!!!!!

Rad.co has been the absolute worst! I've never had such a bad experience buying something online before, I'm shocked there aren't more bad reviews out there. First my payment didn't go through because the app was having difficulty, so I summited my payment again. I checked my email for a confirmation message and saw I had 2, so I immediately emailed the company to let them know the problem. I got a really quick response saying they were looking into the problem, but almost a week later I got a message saying I would only be refunded when I shipped one of orders back to the Netherlands. I complained and they emailed me to say they would just refund one of the orders within 15 business days. Over 1 month later, I have no refund and the package hasn't arrived! I've emailed multiple times and I've had no response. This company has been horrible all the way through - please, take my advise, do not order from them!!

I thought the quality of the sweatshirt was great for the money as I bought it in the sale and an extra 20% off. It was a tiny bit slow being delivered but it was free delivery so I think it was great anyway. The jumper appears to look stiff but when it's on it is ultra soft and comfy to wear and fits well on me, size small and i'm generally a 6/8. Delivery method was a bit odd because the jumper appeared to be in my shed which is a long way away down the bottom of my garden but I don't think that's down to the clothing company itself. Overall a good website from my experience

Overall a poor quality and ill fitting garment. Looked cool on the website but in hindsight I shouldn't have bothered (I gave in after seeing an ad continuously on Facebook!). I can already tell the T-Shirt isn't going to last long at all.

I bought a t-shirt on Rad a few weeks ago, their designs seem really cool and original and reasonably priced. They were even running an extra 20% off discount code which was brilliant. I looked at the size guide and chose a Large but when it came through found it was a little too big. That's often the case when using a new clothing site so I looked for a way to exchange it. 1. Turns out that you can't exchange items, they will only refund them 2. You can only use the discount code once. This means there is no way for me to repurchase the same t-shirt in a different size for the same price! I emailed them and received a very polite email back saying, "I am sorry that the code did not work. I invite you to find them out on google as I am normally not allowed to give codes out." Instead of Googling another discount code I decided to accept the refund on the t-shirt and never buy from them again. Disappointing.

Habe ein Oberteil bei RAD.co bestellt das nicht gepasst hat. Wollte es deswegen wieder zurück schicken und den gezahlten Betrag zurückerstattet bekommen. Es waren weder eine Rechnung noch ein Retoureschein o.ä. im Paket und musste mich also an den Kundenservice wenden. Auf meine Bitte um einen Retoureschein hieß es nur meine Kundendaten seien nicht im System und es tue ihnen Leid...Als ich mich dann über diesen "Service" beschwert habe war ich plötzlich doch im System zu finden und der Retoureschein wurde mir per Mail zugeschickt. 3 Wochen nachdem die Ware zurückgeschickt wurde, hatte ich das Geld immer noch nicht zurück. Hab mich dann an PayPal gewendet um meinen Käuferschutz zu beantragen (da die Bezahlung über PayPal durchgeführt wurde) . Von dort aus sollte ich mich im ersten Schritt via Mail mit RAD.co nochmals in Verbindung setzen, was ich auch getan habe. Es kam keine Rückmeldung zu der Mail, stattdessen lag wenige Tage später wieder genau das gleiche Oberteil in meinem Briefkasten...bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen..der Fall ist noch am laufen... UM EUCH DEN GANZEN STRESS ZU SPAREN, RATE ICH EUCH HIER AUF GAR KEINEN FALL ETWAS ZU BESTELLEN!!!!

Keine Reaktion auf meine Mails, meine Bestellung kam nie an, mein Geld ist längst auf deren Konto, kurz gesagt : reinste abzocke!

Placed an order with this company which never arrived, contacted them to be advised it was being 'looked into', I never heard anything further and further attempts to contact them were ignored. They only responded when I raised a dispute on PayPal and they advised that the items had 'gone missing in transit' and they would refund me. 6 working days later and I'm still without goods or a refund. Thank god I used PayPal as hopefully they will settle the dispute for me.

J'avais vu d'une pub sur le net pour aller voir le site. leur créass fun m'ont plu alors je me suis lancé 158,31€. Payé par paypal, encore une chance. Le colis ne m'est jamais arrivé , appel plusieurs fois au sav qui me renvois vers le transporteur ( colis privé ) , j'ai attends presque 5 semaines puis finalement j'ai mis la transaction en litige sur paypal et fut remboursé quelque semaine plus tard. Leçon 1: éviter ce site à moins d'avoir la chance de son coté ( une forme de loterie , " je l'aurai je l'aurai pas?" leçon 2: Paypal, toujours.
