Extremely professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and steered me to exact areas I enquired about - he even managed to get me to spend a little more - to which I’m actually grateful for (I love my beats wireless headphones). Great service! Ordered online, great price, free delivery in 2 days, free pick up of old appliance. Guys called to let me know on way, unpacked new tumble dryer and installed in laundry. Definitely recommend and shop with you again.

We were disapointed with the service we received from Radio Rentals on a return visit 2 days after the transaction of purchase of a TV. On the purchase day, it took approx 3 hours to complete a simple transaction, but that was due to us assisting a new employee to arrange the paper work for a hire arrangement, when we would have been better to purchase outright. We accepted that situation and we were given a card indicating the employee who would assist us when we were next in store. We needed to visit the store 2 days later to obtain advice on the TV that we had received, and the employee who was supposed to assist us ignored us and allowed another employee to deal with the situation which was resolved satisfactorally. We are not in a rush to go back there and also we do not have a need for any new equipment at this point. It is dissapointing that we need to send a review like this.

The staff interacted with me within 1 min of walking in the door. I was then directed to the person I needed for my specific enquiry. Liam was able to show me the products I was after. Give me a good honest run down of the equipment. Made personal suggestions as to why each item was good. Understood the reasoning as to why I needed these items and tried his best to fit it all on my budget.was happy to make these items "invisible" so my children couldn't see them (as they were Christmas presents) as also 1 week after being in the store I recieved 2 Christmas cards. I really enjoyed being able to understand each product. Liam knew what he was talking about and that made my decisions easier.
