Sep 07,2017The sales team at the Colonnades store were extremely helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the experience I had with both the store manager and salesperson Sam. I was treated with respect but at a level where they didn't come across as pushy salespeople only out to make their commission from me. All in all I hold that store in high regard and look forward to seeking them out should the need arise for more gadgets and wizardry....and there will always be need for more of that.

Sep 06,2017Lg tv stopped working after 8 months service department made it hard to book a time for someone to come and look at it that took 4 days, only to be told it needs to be taken away to be looked at, loan tv was forgotten and after another phone call to the service department i was told i would recieve a loan tv in 6 days what a joke. im still paying rent for a tv thats nor working and no loan tv. Poor form
