Awesome salesman but the warehouse messed up my order so my items had to be collected on different days a week apart, ( wouldn’t normally bother me but my closest RR is an hour away!) Also didn’t offer delivery although the truck had to pass my house to take it to the store.
I went to the Radio Rentals at Gepps X Home HQ Pooraka SA a fair distance from where I live and for once I actually got treated like a vip after many many years the customer service was great the guys went above and beyond to help me get the product I needed. A hell of a lot better than some of the other branches
Found the staff at the Berri store helpful and answered any questions that I had. Will go back.

I visited your Colonnades store with the initial intent of price shopping.i was served by Megan. Megan offered a fantastic level of service.She was friendly, informative, asked great questions to get to understand what I was interested in and why.This was the first time in a long time (in a retail setting) where I actually felt like i was being listened to. I did go and check out prices in local competitors however the level of service they offered was poor to say the least. I returned to your store and made my purchases. If Megan is a reflection of your business then she has won me as a customer that will continue to purchase from the Colonnades store as well as talk up the level of customer experience to all others. I have been a customer of Radio Rentals for over 30 years, I am usually very happy with the products, this time I was disappointed because when my table was delivered there were parts missing and when I rang the main office I was told it could take up to 10 days to receive them, it was a new product and should have been sorted out immediately. The following day when I still had heard nothing back from that office I went into the Parabanks store and spoke to Travis who got onto it immediately and the parts were delivered within a couple of hours after speaking to him, thank you again Travis for your speedy help, it was greatly appreciated

I love my new phone and just a few things there are things that the guys in the store don’t tell you like I handed my old phone in to get a cash back now what they couldn’t tell me was how long I have to wait and I travelled in the hot 38 day because I don’t drive and have to ask someone to take me there all the way to Marion so I like to know if and when this will happen
Whilst the pricing was very good and the service and turnaround time were exceptional I found purchasing online required me to follow up to obtain a receipt. I feel many would purchase online never checking that they received anything more than an invoice with a balance owing which is not proof of purchase necessary for any warranty on your product. Nor should anyone in this day and age not receive a receipt for the full purchase, fully detailed with time date and manner of payment. This is the first time I have shopped online and come across this issue.

Mar 20,2019Quick to take your money and even quicker to send the repo guy if your a week late making a payment regardless if your always ahead. Interest is BS. DONT DO IT!!! There is always a better way when it comes to radio rentals!!!!!!!!! Made arrangements with store payment would be made this week. Repo guy knocked on the door yesterday for the fridge and washer and laptop. And get ready for it, repo guy even said he had to take the FREE powerboard that we got for signing up. Thanks to my giant puppy that wont let anyone in. Good luck radio rentals. Ill be long dead before you scumbags get anything else out of me.
