Sep 24,2024After receiving a quote and paying the first 50% the production started. When the production was finished the company wanted more money for shipment as, occording tot the company, they did not calculate it correctly in the quote. The new amount was about 30% higher. Second payment was made, first part of the order was shipped. All packages came in individually. Half of the order still at the production company. For that second part they now want more money as shippingprices have "just come up last month'... agreement was made only 4 weeks ago. Pushing the price up for the second time their customers service is responding rudely and personal, not professional in any matter.
