I took a studio in Silicon Oasis, Sunrise Building. I paid a deposit and issue checks and requested for tenancy contract and deposit receipt it's been 8 months until now I did not receive it. I made a follow-up call today to send a reminder, still nothing.

Estate agents in Dubai are like leeches. I fully appreciate when dealing with direct owner of a property, why estate agents are needed. But when the owner of the property has agents employed, why should I have to deal with outside agents. Furthermore, the norm in 80% of the world is that the seller or leaser pay the commission for the agent, here the tenant pays. While having to deal with sub-par service delivery and run-arounds. With regards to my experience with your company - meh. You ticked the boxes. I saw an apartment, I signed a contract, I paid you 5%. All this I could have done on my own with NO need for you as I already live in the building. your service was forced onto me, I did not want it, i did not need it, it didnt make my life easier nor did I get stellar service. MEH.
