Nov 08,2015I own a local business in Llanelli, And I was sick of being ripped off by companies overcharging me for an IT managed service. after googling for an alternative. I found rapid-it. what a difference It has made. 24 hour support whenever we need it. surprisingly, they are the cheapest in the local area and they couldn't be more helpful when a system crash occurs. they can even predict when our system is unhealthy and needs maintenance. would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to be valued as a customer..

Jun 18,2016have really enjoyed working with the guys at Rapid IT. Initially, I was sceptical when they began pulling wires through the office however, when they finished, every square inch of the office was neatly cleaned. Now, we have a brand new superfast Cisco network!
