Despite their promise of a full refund, I have not received my money back. It has been over 1 Year since the cancellation, and my numerous attempts to contact customer support have been ignored or met with vague responses. This is not how a professional company should handle its clients. I trusted them with my money and my education, but they have completely let me down. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
