Dec 18,2021I placed an order late Monday December 13 and selected to pay extra for Express delivery to ensure these hampers would arrive for our staff prior to our last day on December 22 I got a message on afternoon of December 16 that they had just been shipped and a tracking notification. When I click on the tracking notification it says the estimated arrival date is December 22 - 24. Surely it would have been logical that multiple hampers ordered on December 22 for delivery to commercial premises were for staff gifts and if they could not be delivered in reasonable time a phone call could be made! What do I do now?
